Online registration is now closed; however, walk-ins are welcome for the 2025 HarvestNet International Summit! You can attend one or both days (November 13 & 14) and pay at the door!

Banquet
November 12 | Doors open at 6:00p, dinner served at 6:30p. This year, our banquet will be held at Shady Maple Smorgasbord!

The banquet is free; however, all guests need to register, even those attending the summit.

Parents, this would be a great opportunity to have a date night out - because with the venue having a limited seating capacity, we ask that this event is only for those aged 14 and up (infants excluded).

International Summit
Dates: November 13-14, 2025
Location: Ephrata Community Church

Lunch: Lunch is provided complimentary with the summit registration until the deadline of October 26, 2025. For those who register after that date, lunch can be purchased separately at ECC's Connections Cafe during the Summit.
